We are very pleased that you have chosen our services. We have put together these General Terms and Conditions so that you know what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you use our services.
definitions
The following words have the following meanings in these Terms:
Location means the place where the upgrade takes place.
Booking means the booking made by you for car agency services.
Car Valeting Services refers to the washing and cleaning services provided by waschman.ch.
Terms means these Terms and Conditions for Car Valeting Services.
Waschman refers to Safe GmbH Zürich Talacker 41 8001 Zürich.
It refers to the individual, firm, company or other party that enters into a contract with waschman.ch for car washing and cleaning services with waschman.ch ;
your reservation
This website is owned by waschman.ch.
The car valeting service is operated by Waschman .
You conclude a contract with waschman.ch for the car cleaning service on the basis of these conditions. The e-mail with the booking confirmation serves as proof of contract. The date of conclusion of the contract is the date and time of confirmation of the booking, as indicated in the booking confirmation email sent to the email address entered and confirmed by you during the online booking process on this website. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for ensuring receipt of the booking confirmation email. Waschman cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of the email due to a transmission error.
Bookings can be made by people 18 years of age or older.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival at the location. All bookings are subject to availability and Waschman reserves the right to withdraw availability for a specific date at its sole discretion.
The price you paid is the price accepted and confirmed by you during the online booking process. All prices are in Swiss Francs and include VAT and all applicable taxes.
You may not resell, assign or transfer any Bookings (in whole or in part).
Car valet services
Upon arrival your vehicle will be checked by Waschman .
You are responsible for removing all valuables from your vehicle.
The representative uses gentle, non-abrasive and environmentally friendly cleaning products to ensure your vehicle receives the best possible care. If you have any concerns about the cleaning products used, please contact Waschman by email : [email protected].
You are required to inform Waschman at the time of booking if your vehicle is a high value vehicle valued at more than 100,000 Swiss Francs.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all contents and valuables are removed from the vehicle prior to the upgrade. Waschman accepts no liability for lost valuables for personal items left in the vehicle.
Vehicle claims can only be considered if reported prior to departure from location. Waschman will not be liable for any loss or damage unless such damage is proven to be caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employee.
Waschman is not responsible for mechanical failures that may occur when servicing the vehicle.
Waschman shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages.
limit or exclude Waschman ‘s liability :
Death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of Waschman ( including the negligence of Waschman’s employees, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or fraudulent concealment by Waschman , its employees or the employee; or
Any matter which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Bad weather conditions and your booking
We do car washes all year round, but in some cases the weather prevents us from carrying out our normal duties. In this case, if you have a covered area or a suitable garage, we can still take care of your vehicle . If such a sheltered work area is not available, we may regrettably be forced to cancel service due to inclement weather.
child seats
Child seats should be removed from you before your vehicle is parked with us. If this is not the case we cannot be held responsible for removing these and therefore they remain in the vehicle and we will clean and maintain them. Waschman staff or management will not reinstall child safety seats in the vehicle and as such you must ensure your child safety seats are secure before using them. Waschman cannot be held responsible for any injury or loss resulting from your failure to reattach your child seat(s).

Our cleaning products
The products that Waschman use are specifically designed for use in vehicles. We Waschman cannot be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle resulting from the use of these products. Our representatives exercise the utmost care in using these products .
additional services
Should you require additional valet services during your booking, please contact us at [email protected] or speak directly to our staff member. Please note that all additional services come with additional fees.
loss or damage
be reported to Waschman within 24 hours of delivery . If the missing or damaged item is not reported within 24 hours, Waschman shall not be liable for the missing or damaged item. In the event an item is lost or damaged by our agent, Waschman ‘s liability in respect of damaged or lost items will not exceed twice the amount charged for the revaluation of your vehicle, regardless of make or condition. Waschman is not liable for damage that has already occurred.
Illegal Substances or Items
Any illegal substances or objects found in your car will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking and your car will be secured and the relevant authorities notified. It is not our responsibility to notify you should this happen.
coupons
– The voucher is valid for four months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online at www.waschman.ch.
– The voucher is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is only valid for one order.
– No extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
– We are not responsible if car wash vouchers are deleted, lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and we cannot provide a replacement in these cases.
– The voucher cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards.
– The voucher will be activated within 24 hours
– All vouchers can only be redeemed online via our booking system and not in person.
– The voucher can only be redeemed in the cantons in which we operate. The available cantons are displayed during the booking process.
payment
Payment is made at the time of booking online.
Waschman uses the internationally recognized payment processing system Stripe to process all payments. Payment can be made by credit or debit card through our service. Once your order has been placed your credit or debit card will be authorized and the amount marked for payment.
payment on site
By clicking on the ”Confirmation subject to a fee” button, you agree to a cash payment on site immediately after the service has been rendered. If you do not have the cash with you, we will charge you an additional processing fee of CHF 50. Card payment not possible on site.
How to cancel/change your booking
You can cancel your booking by sending an email to [email protected] and providing your booking reference number and booking date, or you can log into your account and use the cancellation option offered.
If you cancel your booking 24 hours before the date, a 10% handling fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded using the same payment method used to make the booking.
inability to find the location
If the agent cannot find the location you have provided and has taken all reasonable steps to contact you through our Services or directly, the agent may terminate the service after 30 minutes. Customer Service will then contact you and you may be billed for the service.
Inability to locate vehicle
If the agent is unable to locate your vehicle at the location you have specified and has taken all reasonable steps to contact you through our services or directly, the agent may leave the premises after 30 minutes. Customer Service will then contact you and you may be billed for the service.
Inability to open vehicle
If you order an inside and outside valet, the representative will need to coordinate with you to organize the opening of the vehicle for the inside valet to take place. While you are at your vehicle, the representative will take all reasonable steps to contact you through our service or directly. If the employee has performed the outside valet, they can leave the premises after 30 minutes without contacting you. Customer Service will then contact you and you may be billed for the service.
Modifications to Services and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify booked services and associated pricing under certain circumstances. This may include correcting errors, accommodating customer requests, or addressing unforeseen situations. Any modifications will be communicated to the customer, and their consent will be obtained before proceeding with the changes. By using our services, you agree to these potential adjustments.
Payment Authorization
Customers authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the agreed-upon services and any authorized modifications to services and pricing. This authorization extends to adjustments made with customer consent, including corrections to the booked services and associated costs.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes related to service modifications or charges, we encourage customers to contact our customer support for resolution. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
Legal Compliance
All service modifications and payment processing adhere to applicable laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with our terms and conditions, as well as any relevant local laws governing service agreements and transactions.
Generally
Waschman prides itself on its service standards. However, should you be dissatisfied with the service, you should inform our staff of any issues before leaving the location where they can be treated at the time of discovery. Please note that chewing gum, wine and bodily fluids cannot always be removed and that despite best efforts, the staff member may not be able to remove them completely.
Waschman reserves the right to change the specification of any product or service featured on this site and to discontinue any product or service without notice.
Waschman reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time prior to the delivery of car dealership services due to employee unavailability, subject to paying a full refund to any affected customer.
A failure by Waschman to enforce any right conferred on it by these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or a waiver of the exercise or enforcement of that right at any later time or times.
exclusion of terms
exclude all representations, warranties, conditions, representations and other terms with respect to our Services (including all representations, warranties, conditions, representations and other Terms otherwise applicable to the Platform or the Service or otherwise implied by statute, common law or otherwise, or which may be incorporated into these Platform Terms).
Disclaimers
We try to ensure that all information about our services is accurate and relevant, but we make no guarantees of such accuracy, relevance or completeness. We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
We make no representation that valet provided by any employee through our Services will be of satisfactory quality or suitability for your purpose, and we disclaim any such guarantee.
exclusion of liability
In no event shall we be liable to you, whether in contract, tort ( including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising out of or in connection with the Service or Platform ( including use, inability to use, or results of use of our Services or Valet) for:
- any loss of profits, sales, business or revenue;
- loss or corruption of data, information or software;
iii. loss of business opportunity ;
- loss of expected savings ;
- loss of goodwill; or
- all indirect or consequential damage .
Limitation of Liability
Subject to the above clauses, our total liability to you in respect of any other loss arising under or in connection with our Services or the Service Provider, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not under any circumstances exceed circumstances 200 Swiss francs.
Additional costs
You assume full and sole responsibility for any additional or related costs incurred by you in connection with or as a result of your use of our Services, including without limitation the costs of maintaining, repairing, or customizing any equipment, software, or data that You own, lease, license or otherwise use.
No waiver
The failure of any party to these Terms and Conditions to exercise any right or remedy contained herein shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.
Previous Terms and Conditions
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any previous version of these Terms, the provisions of these Terms shall control unless expressly stated otherwise.
Messages
All notifications / communications are to be sent to us either by post to our premises (address see above) or by email to [email protected]. Such notice shall be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class mail, on the day of posting if the email is received in full on a business day and the next business day if the email is received in full on a weekend or sent on a holiday.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and Waschman are governed by the laws of Switzerland and Waschman and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
